What services are involved with
lawn mowing?
Services involved are, Mow the lawn, Edge established sidewalks, curbs, trim bed edges, buildings and permanent structures as need it.
All patios, decks, driveways, sidewalks and mulch beds will be blown clear of debris.
How we handle the services?
How it works
We do weekly mowing and every other week when it definitely doesn't need it.
But normally, it's weekly service.
But during drought conditions, we skip to two weeks service depending on the circumstances
FERTILIZATION PROGRAM
We are certified fertilizer applicators.
If you have unhealthy grass and don't know the right steps to follow,
SVV Maintenance can help you out or answer any questions you might have.
We use only granulated dry products.
CORE-AERATION
You might wonder why do Core-aeration?
Core-aeration helps make your lawn healthier by improving water, air and nutrient movement in the soil.
And over-seeding promotes density, better color, resistance to disease and drought, and can assist in decreasing weed population.
